At Leadership Magnet School, students in grades 1–6 learn to grow as confident, capable leaders through The Leader in Me framework, which teaches Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. During the first eight days of school, each classroom focuses on building a strong foundation in these habits. Students also participate in a weekly 40-minute Leader in Me (LiMe) session with Mrs. Washington, where they dive deeper into each habit and explore practical ways to apply leadership skills in their everyday lives.
