JLM TASK FORCES

• CLIMATE CONTROL TASK FORCE: Assists with the school's climate by organizing  national holiday celebrations, staff outings, staff celebrations, and the sunshine fund activities

• STUDENT LEADERSHIP TASK FORCE: Creates more opportunities for students by organizing, planning weekly/montly incentives, student government opportunities, student/parent data meetings, and community/parent involvement

• SOCIAL. EMOTIONAL LEARNING TASK FORCE: Creates and manages school-wide procedures and expectations along with nonnegotiable by keeping the LEADER way consistent and making sure all staff are informed and supporting student behavior RTI

• HOUSE TASK FORCE: Assists in the start-up, implementation, and continued support for the House System

• PARENT AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT TASK FORCE: Creates more opportunities to build parental involvement and brings in more community partnerships
